Slowstar has a low speed of 47 RPM with a 200 Watt motor and 3-stage speed reduction gears that produce the equivalent amount of torque as a 9 HP motor. The Duoblade Double-Edged Auger creates a double cut, cutting and crushing your produce twice as much as a traditional vertical auger. The low speed of operation preserves the quality of your juice, preventing friction and heat during the juicing process. Not only can you juice with the Slowstar, you can turn it into a multipurpose tool by replacing the top of the machine with the Mincing Attachment turning your ingredients into fresh salsas, chutneys, sorbet, almond milk and more!
